Reservation Policy: A deposit of 50%
(fifty per cent) of the booking is required to guarantee all reservations.
Cancellation Policy:

For a 1 (one) week reservation, cancellation
must be made at least 3 (three) weeks or more in advance of the scheduled
arrival date.

For a reservation of 2 (two) weeks or more,
cancellation must be made at least 4 (four) weeks in advance of the scheduled
arrival date.
Cancelled reservations not within the above time limits, will be refunded only
if the cottage is rebooked.

All refunds are subject to a $50 administration
fee

Balance of payment due in full, will be
requested when you check in, via use of your credit card or by cash or
travellers check. Provincial taxes added to
cottage rental rates.
